Wide welt boots and thicker soles have grown the popularity of the Oversize Flat-bottom stirrup in leaps and bounds. It offers more width inside, measuring 5 3/4 inches at its widest part

 The Overshoe Flat-bottom stirrup was primarily designed to be used with pack boots. Like the Oversize, it too, has the same bolt to foot 6 inch measurement, but it's inside width diameter is 6 inches as well

NS1062 Flat-bottom, 1 1/2" or 2" Red Oak  Stirrup.  The 2" stirrup has the highest volume of sales since a 2" tread is a comfortable fit for the average size foot.  This stirrup is used by a lot of our barrel racers too! The Oversize Deep Roper is 6  1/4 inches wide with a steeper turn in the bottom, construction that provides a better platform area for the foot.  The Deep Roper's sides, rather than being straight, turn out to accommodate the bushing, allowing the bushing to perform correctly. The oversized deep roper  is available in any tread width. NS1004 The Short (Petite) Stirrup, Narrow feet? short legs? the Petite stirrup is just right for you. Measuring 5" in height, the Nettles Short Flat-bottom stirrup is an inch shorter than the regular stirrup which sets it lower on the rider's leg, thus eliminating shin pain from too tall stirrups. NS-75 The 75, the pin of the "75" is off-centered so that it hangs at a slight angle, helping to keep the rider's toes up & heel down. Nettles All Purpose stirrups has a base of 4-layer laminated oak, is fully wrapped in brass, copper or monel (stainless steel) and finally polished to a high shine. Choose from Bell, Moran, Visalia, Oxbow, Petite, Oversize, Overshoe, Hagelstein, Roper, Deep Roper or 75.

The Bell Bottom Stirrup has curved sides and a flat bottom. This stirrup has a 5 3/4” foot to bolt measurement and an inside width of 5 3/8

 

 

The Visalia is a straight sided stirrup with a flat bottom. It measures 5 3/4” from foot to bolt and has an inside width of 5 3/8.
