   Cowboy Action Shooting - Packing Iron

SC1000 The Shootist Full Seat is the first in a line of Classic Old West American Saddlery being introduced by the Australian Stock Saddle Company. Has a 5 1/2" cantle, a solid, no-seam bucket seat, exposed fender leathers and weighs 19 lbs. $995.

SC1002 The Half Seat Shootist Predates "The Shootist" by some 50 years. This loop seat is built w/ Australian leather, on a modified Wade tree - modified in that the leading edges of the bars are flared out, so they do not poke into the shoulder of a turning horse. The Half Seat weighs 25 lbs. unmounted, a 5" cantle, Cheyenne roll, 15" seat comes w/ Sam Stagg rigging over convention swells. This saddle has an Old West feel, yet rides like an authentic Australian Stock Saddle. 16" or 17" Seat $995.
 

SPUR-GX This rifle rack is a great way to show off your favorite Winchester! (Ours is a reproduction) The inside of the spur is lined with felt so your rifle won't get scratched. The horseshoes are accented with horseshoe nails and it is available in any of our 6 spur options. Shown in Marshal. $90.
 

SC1020 Pommel Holster popular with cowboy action shooters, or actual hunters. Your guns are right there on the saddle when you need them. All models, all barrel lengths, colors black or brown. Single $70.  Pair $130.

SC1016 SINGLE TIBURCIO drop holster. This works well with the X-draw shoulder holster. Drop the first gun in here, go for the barrel, and as you're turning, pull the X-draw, which rides high under the breast. The Single Tiburcio comes in right or left hand, black or brown $70.

SC1030 Bucket Rifle Scabbard, is  shown mounted on the off-side, for a right hand pull by a seated rider. It can also be mounted on the near side front. Shown here with a 30/30 carbine. It also takes a smaller rifle with a scope. Overall length is 31", with a throat width of 8", brown or black. $90.

SC1032 Scabbard for a revolving carbine. The length of the cavity of the holster is 21". It can be mounted at the rear, as shown for a right hand pull, or on the near-side front, for a right hand cross pull. The scabbard is lined with kidskin, brown or black, Left or right handed.  $150.

SC1034 Open Butt Carbine Scabbard, straps to any saddle, and is built for a 30/30 carbine. Overall length is 34". It is lined with fake fleece to protect the gun, brown or black  $90.

SC1036 Lockable Rifle Case, with attachments for locks. Carries a scope. Inside measurement is 49 inches, with 8" at its widest. All fittings solid brass. The inside is lined with fake fleece to protect the weapon, black or brown. $150. 

SC1038 A carbine scabbard, shown here with buckle down top. Ideal for 30/30 saddle gun. The inside is lined with fake fleece to protect the gun. Fittings on the saddle straps are solid brass. The inside measurement is 39", brown or black, W/O top ("open butt"), $90.

SC1044 Carbine Scabbard, Pictured here is the M-4 carbine scabbard, as designed by the Australian Stock Saddle Company for the US Special Forces in Afghanistan. This military version is fitted with a clip, allowing the gun to pull loose, in the event of a crash. The gun is secured to the rider by a lanyard, tied to the rider's belt. Civilian versions of this scabbard have a series of slots, with a top securing strap, allowing ANY hunting gun to be secured. at the top, with the muzzle in a boot. In the civilian version, lanyards, and a clip,  could also be used. In which case, please specify gun. The scabbard is completely lined with purse sheepskin, to ensure horse comfort. An off-side pouch for a dry load measures 13" in depth, 8" at its widest, with a storm-secure top over a 4" gullet, brown or black.  $300. 

SC1054  COWBOY LEGGINGS are made of solid leather with solid brass buckles, and latigo billets. Note the scooped out back for comfort on the horse. Sizes SMALL, MEDIUM and LARGE. Supply distance around calf, and distance from ankle bone to behind fold of the knee, brown or black. $125.

SC1056 Light horse Legging, a reproduction of the half-chap made famous by the Australian Light Horse, the legendary cavalry that mounted the last -- and the most successful -- military charge in history, now almost a century ago. Sold leather, solid brass buckles. A single long strap secure the whole legging. Sizes SMALL, MEDIUM, LARGE. Supply length around calf, and distance from ankle bone to behind the fold of the knee, black or brown. $100.

SC1060 A powerful flashlight that comes with a weather-sealed leather case that ties to ALL different saddles. This is a Double D MAGLITE. Great for hunters, search and rescue, or bold night riders. The flip top closes over a brass nipple for quick release, and easy stowing.  $80.

SC1062 An all-leather girth designed especially for the SHOOTIEST or any other Western saddle. No Webbing is visible, although it IS carefully hidden for safety. This girth is padded for the horse's comfort. $90.
